Power Hour is returning for 2023 and it’s going to be better than ever! This year Trinity Competitions is partnering with Element Comps to take Power Hour International!

Same-sex teams of 3 will compete against teams across the United States and Canada on Saturday, June 24th over 1 hour to complete 12 scored workouts. Teams will have total control of the strategy as not all athletes will required to compete in each scored event.
